Prof Linus Abraham

The Dean of the African University College of Communications, Prof Linus Abraham, is in South Africa to attend a conference of 21 UNESCO-rated journalism institutions in Africa.

The three day conference, March 16-18, 2008, which is being held at the Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa, is exploring the possibility of building regional and international partnerships with a view to boosting the potential capacities of the institutions listed.

It is being attended by key international donors, NGOs, UN Agencies, professional organizations and journalism institutions.
